Meet Our Senior Leadership Team

Our leadership team is united by the vision of aspiration and opportunity for every child, ensuring every learner across the federation benefits from a knowledge-rich, ambitious education that prepares them for success in school and beyond.

  • Mr Tom AmphlettCo-Executive Director
    Mr Amphlett leads the federation’s focus on curriculum quality, teaching standards, and assessment strategies. He is dedicated to embedding a rigorous, knowledge-rich curriculum that raises achievement and ensures sustained pupil progress. His work includes monitoring educational outcomes and supporting school leaders to maintain consistently high standards in teaching and learning throughout the federation.

  • Mrs Lana DuffinCo-Executive Director
    Mrs Duffin is responsible for personal development, wellbeing, SEND, and behaviour across all schools in the federation. She champions initiatives that build resilience, character, and independence in learners, ensuring every child is supported emotionally and socially. Lana works closely with staff and families to create nurturing environments where pupils feel safe, valued, and empowered to thrive.

  • Miss Susanna BrooksDeputy Head Teacher
    Susanna plays a key role in curriculum development and pupil progress across the federation. She leads targeted intervention programmes and supports staff in embedding our core values of perseverance and excellence. Susanna ensures that teaching is consistently effective and that learners receive tailored support to overcome barriers and reach their full potential.

  • Miss Samantha BridgewoodDeputy Head Teacher
    Miss Bridgewood leads on inclusion and personal development within the federation. She fosters a positive, respectful culture where every child is encouraged to be independent and resilient. Samantha collaborates closely with families and staff to promote positive behaviour, emotional wellbeing, and the removal of barriers to learning, ensuring all pupils feel supported and confident in their abilities.

  • Mrs Lizzy FarmerAssistant Head Teacher
    Mrs Farmer oversees early years education across the federation. She drives the development and implementation of best practice in early years pedagogy, ensuring consistent, high-quality provision that builds strong foundations in communication, physical development, and personal, social, and emotional learning. Lizzy’s leadership narrows gaps from the earliest stages and promotes equity in lifelong learning.
